Not all homes in North Springfield are covered by the same covenant. While they are all mostly the same there are some differences depending on where you live.
The covenants reflect Fairfax County zoning laws (for example setbacks) at the time they were written; check current zoning regulations to determine any Fairfax County changes that have been made since then.
